Ancient wisdom for modern life
Your life is a story.
Letās read it with love.
Your story matters
Behind every reaction is a longing to be understood.
We begin thereānot with judgment, but with curiosity and kindness. Vedic Psychology reveals the deeper story beneath our thoughts, emotions, and relationships, so old patterns can become doorways to compassion.
When how you tell your story changes, how you live your life changes.
Three Steps to Discovery
Follow the story back to the heart.
Which story do you want to tell? ļø
The story you inherited
Begin by seeing the patterns, needs, and quiet beliefs that have been shaping your inner world, tracing back to your childhood.
The story between us
Meet the people in your daily life with clearer eyesāand discover the deeper truths behind the conflicts.
The story you choose now
Bring your real life to a group that truly listensāand leave seeing your own story differently.
The turning point
The truth can be tenderāand set us free.
Ā
Most of us do not need another label. We need someone who can hear the whole story and help us recognize the thread running through it.
Dr. Joshi brings deep compassion together with precise, honest insightāso the moment that once felt impossible becomes a new beginning.

Sri Satyanarayana Dasa Babaji

FOUNDER OF VEDIC PSYCHOLOGY INSTITUTE
PhD | M.A | M.Tech & B.Tech IIT Delhi | LLB
Vedic Psychology is rooted in our sacred texts, the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam, which reveal the eternal truths about love.
For more than 50 years, Babaji devoted his life to creating this field of science called Vedic Psychology. He gathered the teachings from various Vedic scriptures, and then with the precision of a surgeon, he drew out their finest, most subtle pointsāthe kind only an enlightened master can seeāand distilled them into what we now call Vedic Psychology.
Babaji never taught Dr. Joshi in a classroom, nor did he give her a lecture, not even a Q&A session. For over a decade he passed these subtle teachings on to her through their relationship of seva (service from student to teacher) in which she gathered the pieces herself, basically, when she got triggered, asking him about her own loneliness, anger, fear, anxiety, pride, lust, greed, grief, and jealousy.
Today Dr. Joshi makes it practicalāour relationships, our patterns, our longing to love and be loved. She has a storyteller's gift for making a teaching feel alive, and a way of holding space so safe that even the shyest among usāand those who don't think they have a story at allāfind themselves telling one.
