  • How do I stop the hot-and-cold pattern that makes for unstable relations?
  • Why do I need constant reassurance that my partner loves me?
  • Is my rajasic drive destroying my relationship?

Brought to you by the School of Human Relations

The Vedic Psychology Institute's School of Human Relations teaches that authentic, conscious relationships arise from deep self-understanding—identifying your svabhāva (inherent nature), attachment style, and childhood conditioning patterns that shape how you connect with others. 💕

Self Understanding

Through practical reflection tools like the Ayurvedic Mind Type, Body Type and Personality Type surveys or, The Red Flag Detector, Communication Style, Parenting Style and Relationship Style quizzes, students learn to see themselves and others clearly. Armed with this x-ray vision, they are empowered to break free from toxic relationship patterns and cultivate secure, sattvic (peaceful) connections rooted in empathy, healthy boundaries, and genuine love.
