Your Svabhāva Path
You’ve discovered your svabhāva. Now discover the path that will bring it fully to life.
Your svabhāva reveals how you are naturally designed to think, serve, and contribute. When it is understood and expressed properly, life and service begin to feel clearer, smoother, and more fulfilling.
But when svabhāva is misunderstood or distorted by old patterns, even sincere effort can feel draining, confusing, or frustrating.
The next step is learning how to live your svabhāva with clarity and alignment.
Which Path Will You Choose?
Now that you know your svabhāva, the next step is choosing how you want to develop it, refine it, and express it in your life and service.
Your svabhāva is not something to ignore once you discover it.
It is something to live, refine, and express.
Choose the path that will help you bring your svabhāva fully to life.
Path 1
Deepen Your Understanding
Join the Vedic Psychology Study Group
Understanding your svabhāva is only the beginning. True growth comes from learning how the inner system of the mind actually works.
In the Vedic Psychology Study Group, we explore how our svabhāva, ahankāra, samskāras, and manas shape the way we think, feel, and behave. We also focus on sattvisizing the senses, so that perception becomes clearer and the teachings of Vedic Psychology can be understood more deeply.
As the senses become more sattvic, it becomes easier to see the subtle patterns that drive human behavior — both within ourselves and in others.
In this group we learn how to:
• Understand the deeper dynamics of the 18 svabhāvas
• Sattvisize the senses so perception becomes clearer and learning becomes easier
• Analyze how ahankāra drives behavior in ourselves and others
• Apply the Empathy Equation to improve upon our awareness of how we affect others, and to better understand why others do what they do
• Use the Ahankāra Algorithm to identify the patterns driving difficult interactions
• Practice applying these tools to real-life case studies
Through study, discussion, and practical application, participants gradually develop the ability to see human behavior with clarity and compassion.
This group is guided by Vedic Psychologist Dr. Joshika Richmond and provides a space for thoughtful exploration of the principles of Vedic Psychology.
Path 2
Transform Your Seva
Join the Seva That Soothes Satsang
When seva feels draining, frustrating, or conflicted, the cause is usually misalignment within the inner system that drives our service.
Sometimes we simply do not understand our svabhāva. Other times we try to act against our svabhāva by trying to be someone we are not. And often our samskāras, ahankāra, or manas overpower our svabhāva, creating tension between our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
When these inner forces become misaligned, even sincere service can begin to feel heavy instead of joyful.
In this weekly discussion group, we use the Seva System Framework to identify exactly where that misalignment is occurring.
Together we explore questions like:
• How is my svabhāva meant to express itself through my service?
• How are my samskāras shaping the thoughts behind my seva?
• How is my manas influencing the emotions I bring into service?
• How does my ahankāra drive the behaviors that create tension in seva?
• How can these inner parts be realigned with the heart of the guru so that seva becomes smooth and sattvic?
Each session includes group discussion and analysis of real situations, guided by Vedic Psychologist Dr. Joshika Richmond.
The purpose of this group is to help devotees clearly identify the roots of misalignment and bring their thoughts, emotions, and actions back into harmony with their true nature and the guru’s heart — so that their service becomes seva that soothes.

Get Personal Clarity
Book a Bullseye Breakthrough Session
If you want deep personal clarity about your svabhāva and the obstacles preventing it from expressing itself fully, you can work directly with Dr. Joshika Richmond in a private Bullseye Breakthrough Session.
Many people discover their svabhāva but still struggle to live it because other forces within the inner system are interfering. Our ahankāra, samskāras, and manas can overpower or distort our svabhāva, causing confusion, conflict, and misaligned choices.
In this powerful one-hour session, Dr. Joshika helps identify exactly where that misalignment is occurring and what is blocking the natural expression of your svabhāva.
Rather than spending years circling around the same issues, this session is designed to go directly to the root of the problem.
During the session you will:
• Clarify your svabhāva and how it is meant to express itself in your life
• Identify the samskāras, ahankāra patterns, or emotional tendencies that are interfering with it
• Understand why certain struggles keep repeating in your life
• Receive clear guidance on how to realign your inner system so your svabhāva can express itself more naturally
Many people experience profound clarity in a single session.
It is the power of precise psychological insight applied directly to the root.
